A conference is a collection of meetings arranged in a programme, with a number of people invited as speakers, and other information fields typical of large congresses or social events (registration, list of organisations that support or sponsor the event, etc.).
Examples: A conference can be a relevant event for an organization and its members, or take place as part of a participatory process or follow a consultation.

The ECoD City Network is a strong group of 21 cities across 13 countries, who have previously submitted a full application to the ECoD initiative. Member cities come together regularly to share their expertise, experiences, and best practices in democracy promotion at the municipal level. These meetings foster collaboration, exchange, and participation while giving local experts access to new ideas and training opportunities. In Barcelona, the Network will discuss digital transition and will support each other in overcoming pressing challenges.
This meeting will focus on digital transition.
