<p>José Céspedes Martínez is a game designer with experience in project management, specializing in video games (Pendulo Studios), board games (Tibetana), escape rooms, and gamification. He is also a university lecturer (Voxel School), a speaker at video game conferences, and a researcher in didactics (GBL). In 2020, he graduated with distinction with an interdisciplinary degree in video games, with a thesis on a "Framework for the design of playful devices for mathematical learning". During his university studies, he led the student association "Level Up!" for two years, designing and organizing activities for more than 120 students. He also participated in an Erasmus+ program in Finland for a year, where he collaborated on Game Jams and even won (with a great team) a Sustainability Hackathon. His previous work experience includes university research (Lendiem Project) and teaching at technology camps in the United States (iD Tech).</p>
