<p>Daniel Innerarity is professor of political and social philosophy, IKERBASQUE researcher at the University of the Basque Country and director of the <a href="http://www.globernance.org/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Institute for Democratic Governance</a>. He holds the Chair in Artificial Intelligence and Democracy at the <a href="https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Instituto_Universitario_Europeo" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">European University Institute in Florence</a>.</p>

<p>Lawyer from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Doctor in Law from the Pompeu Fabra University. He is currently responsible for research and international advocacy at the Institut de Drets Humans de Catalunya and associate professor of International Law at the Pompeu Fabra University. His research activity has been developed in the field of international law (international human rights systems and international litigation), constitutional law (control of conventionality and access to justice systems), rights of migrants (immigration detention, expulsion, migration and climate change) and specific human rights issues (racism, equality, non-discrimination, intersectionality, freedom of expression, transnational justice).</p>
